Very grateful for the personable and professional service received at Timber Dental Bethany. Dr. Gerritz and his capable assistant Eric took care of a big backlog of dental needs for me, including beginning repair of two crowns, cleaning, and fluoride, as well as full assessment of dental condition, all this in a single session. Staff in office were great, equipment is modern, safety carefully followed, all in all a very good experience. Well first off their state of the yard so they had a lot of new devices that I’ve never experienced before and they were quite thorough professional kind and courteous they had Netflix anything I wanted to watch and it was pain-free and I usually am uncomfortable with dental cleanings and I’ve got to say they didn’t put a topical or nothing it just felt very comfortable the whole experience was comforting.
Everything was as Covid safe as could be. Separate entrance and exit. All rooms wiped down between patients. Had xrays, cleaning and a dental exam. Everyone was friendly and professional. Good job!!!
