The atmosphere was so welcoming! What a refreshing change for those of us with dental phobia. Dr. Mattson continues to be her wonderful, amazing, patient self. Shannon was great and did a wonderful job of putting me at ease. As soon as I can get my dental phobia under control, I will go back for my long postponed cleaning. Wry long time since I’ve seen a dentist. They were so accepting. Got me in right away.
I arrived with a very bad toothache (appointment within 24 hours) Dr. Matson and her team worked for 2 1/2 hours and I left pain free and very satisfied with all of the treatments.
Your team did well. Receptionist was friendly and attentive, the gals that did the X-rays and photos were professional, the Dentist was awesome for a first visit, and the billing person was pleasant and answered all questions.
Love everything about this dentist office and find the staff to be so incredibly thoughtful and attentive! Special shoutout to Kiana for checking on me while I waited for the doctor, and for giving me options for my comfort.
