Timber dental in Sherwood is my favorite place for dental care that I have ever been. Not only is every person who works there extremely welcoming and anxious to help, but on my last visit, Dr. Matt son and assistant Laura were delightful. They both went out of their way to get to know me and to ensure that my procedure was done well. And as an aside, but EXTRA wonderful, they have a large TV on the ceiling and they turn on a YouTube show to watch while you are being worked on! This is the worst experience we have ever had with a dental company. They do not follow up, they don't know how to work with insurances, they lie about what they have or haven't done and make empty promises. I recommend that you stay away from dealing with these folks. Their billing department is an utter disaster also. I have tried many times for over 6 months to discuss our billing issues with them and they will NOT call you back. Don't believe any quotes you get from them that they have "run" by insurance as you will end ... read more

The dentist started drilling the wrong tooth on the other side of my mouth that was not numb. This was the clearest example of gross incompetence I’ve ever experienced at a dentist. I will not be returning.
