We had a positive experience with Timeshare Exit Team, but not without a little trepidation. Maybe it's the nature of the business, but there's not a lot of transparency in the exit process. Plus, one hears stories in the media about folks who have hired firms to get them out of their timeshare but those firms were, apparently, shysters. I would highly recommend "Time Share Exit Team" for relief from the mistake you made when you were pressured to purchase a "wonderful vacation experience" and "complete ownership" of your vacation spot. As it turned out my purchase wasn't what I thought I was buying. I knew I'd made a mistake in less than 30 days after the fact, when I discovered I didn't own anything! I was in a time share and could not get out of it. Then I was listening to the radio an heard about this timeshare exit team. So I emailed them told them that I was in a time share that I could not get out of. So they took my information, then several weeks later I got an email from timeshareextteam that we are in the final stages of my contract. I give them a five star rating because they did what they said they would do for me. They said they would get me out of my timeshare. They were referred to me by a friend who used them so that is why I used them and I am so glad I did. I am now free of my time share. I have heard there are so many scams out there of companies who say they will help and so I had been putting off dealing with a time share I no longer wanted. My husband and I heard about Timeshare Exit Team on a radio and we were very skeptical. After meeting with them we have decided to take a leap of faith and trust them. During the whole process we didn’t have to do anything else except wait. What a great customer service! Throughout the proposed timeline that was given to us we received regular updates until we were really finally out of it! We would still be paying Maintenance Dues that kept going up. Timeshare Exit Team successfuly got us out of our timeshare trap. The pricing was straight forward and paid for itself in a short time as you are always hit with climbing maintenance fees and special assessments. It took a little longer than I thought it should, but the resort I had was being very difficult and are still fighting them. Nonetheless, I'm out and I couldn't be happier.
