After contacting the exit team there was very little for us to do until it exit was complete. It took a little longer than we expected but we are out and very happy about that. I would recommend the exit team to anyone who got stuck in a situation.

We received very good service from this company with regular updates every month about the progress they are making . A far cry from the scammers that's just after the money. Can strongly recommend them to take care of cancellations of unwanted timeshares.

I went to the Timeshareexitteam on the advice of a employee in a law office. Jack S*****, the agent that I talked to explained the procedure to free me of a timeshare that I did not use. He gave me contacts in the Timeshareexitteam organization to keep me informed on how things were going. The process was completed much faster than I thought it would take. That removed a millstone from around my neck; I am happy for it.

After several years of looking for and researching ways to get out of our timeshare, we learned about the Timeshare Exit Team and scheduled an appointment. From our first visit the process was explained to us in detail, what actions we should take should we be contacted by our timeshare as well as all costs. Throughout the process we received periodic updates on the status of the process and what to to expect next. We were so grateful to get the letter that our timeshare had been terminated.

My daughter and her husband had purchased not one but two "vacation club" programs and would not refer to them as a timeshare. We were told that the process would take some time but there were several months that went by and we never heard from them. We were also not told that we would have to include the amount from the 1099-C as income in our tax return. We were very pleased that they were able to get us out of the timeshare,just wished they would have communicated better with us.

They did exactly what they said they would. It is definitely worth the money. I had 3 different TimeShares that I needed to get out from under. They were excellent from the start and any time I needed an update or had questions they always answered within a day or so. The entire time is fantastic. I would definitely recommend these guys. Thank you for all your help. It feels great to be timeshare free!!!

Timeshare Exit Team got us out of our timeshare! The upfront cost seemed a little high at first, but we knew it would be worth it. AND it has already paid for itself in all those timeshare expenses we no longer have! (Plus they guaranteed a FULL REFUND if they couldn’t get us out.)
