Timeshare Exit Team was successful in getting me out of the timeshare I owned. It took 1 year and 9 months which I believe is good. My only complain I have, is there was little to no communication about the status of my claim or if I should pay timeshare fees while the claim was underway. So it was hard to know what was happening. So overall I was very pleased that we were successful.
Just over a year ago I had almost resigned myself to having to pay the maintenance fees and other charges on my time share for the rest of my life without a way out of it. We had a lot of points and debt with our timeshare company. They did get us out of our contract and it was not messy. The company never contacted us. For this we are very satisfied. It was not cheap, because of the debt and it took over 3 years. The communication with TET was great for about the first year then I heard almost nothing. So I had no idea where we were in the process. I also never received the documentation from my timeshare company had released us from our contract.
