I am a regular customer of your services at Morrisons ferry road shop - Walter is fabulous, very informative, helpful. Today I witnessed an incident that I wanted to raise - I saw a manager possibly area manager from Morrisons be rude to Walter over a sign that advertises your services for passport photo. Walter was as usual polite & professional and kept his cool in an embarrassing and public display of rudeness- I felt like I wanted to share this as I know this goes again your policy of trust and respect
