Needed some heels done on my going out shoes, took them to Yeovil was told it would be next week before I could get them. Needed them for the weekend Went to Sherborne, they were done while I waited. Amazing what a difference in customer care.
Popped into the Sherborne shop to get some heels done, jokingly said my car park runs out in an hour, sure enough shoes were done within the hour. Great service.
Julian is an absolute legend. Was told my boot zip needed replacing, took it to Timpson Sherborne. 5 minutes and it was fixed, and to top it off, just a donation in the charity box, will take all of my work here in future.
I am not normally one to complain or leave reviews, however I feel I have to for this. Julian is incredible. The first time I went to the Sherborne shop was because in Yeovil Tesco was told my shoe was unrepairable, tried the other shop and frankly the guy there was very rude, Julian took the time to explain why the shoe was not really repairable but said he would try if I wanted him too. After visiting the Sherborne shop, we don’t think we want to go anywhere else. The guy in there is the epitome of the Timpson ethos, friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our request. Service with a smile and purpose, nothing seemed too much trouble. I wish all shops were the same as this
Every time I go into this shop, it is a pleasure, the young chap in there, King Julian is always so happy and informative, always honest with me about my shoes. Will probably never take them anywhere else now. So glad we have in our town now.
