I can’t understand how 2 of your shops can be so different, first went to Yeovil and the man in there seemed to either not know anything or could not be bothered. Talking to a friend, she recommended your Sherborne branch, apprehensively I went to see, Oh my, what a difference. The man there couldn’t have been any nicer. Gave me advice, did the job straight away and then didn’t charge me for it. 5* for Sherborne 1* for Yeovil.

What can I say about King Julian, always busy and always smiling, there is always a queue when I visit, but even then nothing is too much trouble. If you have an award/reward scheme Julian certainly deserves to be recognised. Amazing shop
