Very personable. Explained everything & made recommendations for being legal tinting including travel to Canada.
Horribly rude staff, had a terrible experience with their employee veronika. Told the owner about it, and he didn't seem to care, nor follow up with me as promised. I upgraded to the premium which looks no different, have a feeling this is also a bait and switch.
While I don't doubt the material or workmanship is good, I have a real issue with the advertised "value/savings" or the offered product. Lesson learned, call the business and ask questions about the fine print!! While standing there a costumer who didn't purchase a Groupon was quoted $50 less than the exact same package I ended up paying $100 more for an upgrade on top of my Groupon.
They were great VERY prompt got me in early and out in a flash I was really very happy with the service and when they recommend them to anyone. And the tint. Turned out awesome. tthey're going to do every car from now on they got my business.

Excellent customer service. the receptionist there, didn't get her name, was so sweet. and they finished my tint in an hour and a half. Came out looking great!
They pull you in and then upsell the next best product stating the deficiencies of what you were about to buy. After the upsell, job was done very well and looks great. Just don't like the idea of them promoting an inferior product only to sell you the next and greatest. Oh and by the way we can WARRANTY this.
Service was pretty fast, but you do have a to drop off your car though. The Groupon is for 5 windows so once you get there, you have to pat the additonal if you have small triangle windows. Over-all, I would send people to Tint my Ride.
My experience was smooth and easy. The Groupon is for a basic light to my with no warrant which is disappointing. However the upgrade price is reasonable and the work excellent.
