The staff was really nice, and they did an excellent job on my car.
Bait and switch plus haggling the Groupon. Just call them directly and spare yourself the complicated process. What a racket to pay the same amount. Seems like prices and promotions vary. The Groupon is for the cheapest option/quality (economy package). You cannot apply groupon towards upgrade but instead only the purchase price of the groupon, again, through the haggling process. Cost me more overall with the Groupon than without but I was stuck with the Groupon so I kind of had to use it as i was outside the refund window.... read more
My first experience here was perfect. This time, the quality/craftsmanship was lacking. One window had to be completely redone (no offer of partial refund or other consolation), and two windows have ill-fitted tint (it doesn't cover the whole window). They didn't even try to fix it because,"it might just come out like that again". Disappointed in how little they seemed to care about it.
They did an amazing job!! Got in and out in like 45 mins for my front two windows!

They were great! Fast service and very friendly. When I bought my car the back two windows came tinted but the front ones didn't. So I bought the Groupon for the 2 windows and reading through all the comments I knew if I wanted the tint to match my back windows I would have to upgrade to the premium tint. So when I got to my appointment they explained to me that the Groupon I got won't match the tint my back windows had but I could upgrade to premium and it comes with a lifetime warranty so that is what I did.
