Excellent service. As with many Grupon deals, the staff tries to upgrade the service and garner additional fees.....understandable, but not appreciated.

They don't have a good costumer service. They just want to take advantage of you.I told them I only wanted what groupon was offering but they were insisting me to pay more to get an "upgrade".BTW that offer is just for basic window tinting and NO warranty. Also their waiting area and public bathroom were disgusting. Unfortunately I cannot say anything good about this place. Sorry.
If you're looking at upgrading from the basic do not purchase this Groupon. They do not give you the value of the Groupon, only the amount you pay and then make you pay the difference. I tried arguing that that is not how it should work but they said I was stupid and that that's not how business works.
I am a repeat customer with Tint My Ride and it's because they do such a great job and are reasonably priced.
The service for my two windows was just under an hour. The windows look great!
Classic bait and switch, $45 groupon plus an additional $60 to get a tint match on two windows. Don't get it.
Took 3 hours and the tint yellowed afte 1 year.
