I was very impressed with tiny home village and the choices. How ever I was told I would receive email of floor plans. And still havnt received those. Also although I wasn’t buying Saturday. Felt a little disappoint with salesman when he brushed us off to go close another sale. And no one else came out to say good bye. Or thank you after the initial greeting was so enthusiastic
Caleb at the nb location off of 35 accomplished in less than 24 hours what MHC (Nick Pineada) had us believing was accomplished after - no lie- just shy of a month! The professionalism and sincerely at Titan was ridiculously refreshing after the nightmare of sit and wait only to be told by the loan officer that nick had not even submitted any of our documentation that I personally brought in nearly 4 weeks prior! Great experience! It was our first time looking for a new home and Hunter Nall was very knowledgeable and walked us through all the steps of the process and showed us homes that fit in our budget as well as what we were looking for. We didn't have to compromise on anything we wanted for a price in our budget and he was easy in the eyes. ��
