I met with Erick Flores this afternoon. He was exceptionally helpful and provided several different options for me to enable me to be in a new home within the timeframe I’m looking at. I highly recommend Erick and shall refer him out to my friends who are also interested in this option.

after long long weeks of figuring out what we are gonna do, how we are gonna get a home, and what we need to do to get approved.. we FINALLY got everything done. after all the long weather of nasty rain and can’t move the old house out and new house in we finally were able too! and after getting told it would be another month etc... we FINALLY got our home in less than a month! i couldn’t be anymore thankful for Josh! he did everything and anything he could for us! thank you! -whiteheads
