RecommendedHighly recommend using any other daycare facility as they sent my dog home covered in ruined two days in a row. Obvious they put him in a crate to sit in his own urine for hours. Understaffed, unprofessional facility.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Whyte for several years. Unfortunately, she joined TLC Animal Hospital. This practice is all about the money and not about the pet. My older dog now needs a doggie aspirin daily for his joints. Because I refuse to pay their very inflated prices for this common medication, I have trouble getting scripts from them to use online.

RecommendedHow many posts have we seen, where someone shows a picture of some “mark” or bump, and asks for treatment advice? I’ve seen ALOT of these, and most of us respond with ”Go to the Vet”. Then there are the “experts” who respond with a solution ( use neosporin, or take Benedryl, etc). The experts say that a vet visit is not necessary (waste of money). I have had a good experience so far , however, FORCING my dog to get a “dog flu” vaccine to get groomed when myself nor my son get a flu shot as I am against them is wrong and quite frankly, should be illegal. However, I guess that extra 45 dollars in their pocket for a “flu shot” is a nice cash grab for them. Way to take advantage of your clients TLC! I've already ranted and raved about this place on yelp.... but tonight at 830 PM on a Sunday AND Father's Day my vet (who is a new dad) called me from his personal cell phone to check on my dog!!! I will NEVER give up this Vet. I drive 35 minutes to get here and never had such an amazing vet!
Treated Horrible. Won't ever go back. All they care about is $$$$$. Don't keep appointments & rude
Incredibly unprofessional staff! The receptionists are absolutely terrible - I had to call 3 times for a prescription (A PIECE OF PAPER, NOT MEDICATION), each time I was told I would get a call back if there were any issues - prescription still has not been sent, and I was never called back! Absolutely awful experience dealing with TLC. The doctors might be good, but you'll never be able to speak to them and they won't call you back!
