RecommendedHow many posts have we seen, where someone shows a picture of some “mark” or bump, and asks for treatment advice? I’ve seen ALOT of these, and most of us respond with ”Go to the Vet”. I have had a good experience so far , however, FORCING my dog to get a “dog flu” vaccine to get groomed when myself nor my son get a flu shot as I am against them is wrong and quite frankly, should be illegal. However, I guess that extra 45 dollars in their pocket for a “flu shot” is a nice cash grab for them. Way to take advantage of your clients TLC! I will be looking for another vet after today as I thought you were honest and straight up which is hard to find in Boca but I was obviously mistaken. I should also add... read more

I've already ranted and raved about this place on yelp.... but tonight at 830 PM on a Sunday AND Father's Day my vet (who is a new dad) called me from his personal cell phone to check on my dog!!! I will NEVER give up this Vet. I drive 35 minutes to get here and never had such an amazing vet!
Treated Horrible. Won't ever go back. All they care about is $$$$$. Don't keep appointments & rude
Incredibly unprofessional staff! The receptionists are absolutely terrible - I had to call 3 times for a prescription (A PIECE OF PAPER, NOT MEDICATION), each time I was told I would get a call back if there were any issues - prescription still has not been sent, and I was never called back! Absolutely awful experience dealing with TLC. The doctors might be good, but you'll never be able to speak to them and they won't call you back!
