RecommendedKevin was very thorough and we had a nice visit at the end to review his summary and he also gave me several helpful ideas for what I could take care of myself and how to do it. Great service!
RecommendedTLC did a great through job on the 11 month inspection on my new build. I also hired them to do my 3 construction inspections as I built! As a homeowner you want to have confidence in the integrity of your build. As a realtor it’s very important I know, trust and can recommend the professionals I work with. TLC has done a great job every time! I can say I and pleased, confident and will continue to recommend TLC Home Inspections! RecommendedVery through and friendly. Great overall experience.
RecommendedTLC was very thorough and had amazing attention to detail which is very important! They where very courteous and professional from the initial phone call to set the appointment, until the completion of the very detailed inspection. With a timely report provided to us after. We also are very thankful for the military/veteran discount provided to us since my husband served.
RecommendedSuch a thorough job detailing everything. The company comes highly recommended. TLC Home Inspections will be the only inspection company I will ever use again. A very big thank you to Robert for his time and affective detailed report. Great job! Cathy B
