RecommendedTLC is easy to communicate with — you get to talk to real people, not an answering machine. They were prompt and their inspector was thorough. I can recommend them.
RecommendedExcellent home inspections!
RecommendedAttention to details.....AMAZING! I would definitely recommend. They treated my home as if it was their home. LOVE IT!
RecommendedJohn took his time and looked carefully at all the details. He found things in the house that were issues we would never have known had we not hired him to do the inspection.
RecommendedFabian was very prompt, and explained everything very thoroughly. Amazing service!
RecommendedJust wanted to thank TLC Home Inspections and especially to Kevin and Nick for a thorough inspection they did for me yesterday. Would highly recommend them to any buyer or seller looking for a great inspection experience! Quick summary given at end of inspection and detailed report followed just hours later. Purchasing a property is a huge decision so you need a great inspection company to assist you and that is TLC. Thanks so much!
RecommendedTravis at TLC was great. He went over the inspection with us and answered all of our questions. He really helped give us the information needed before making the decision to buy the home or not. We enjoyed the inspection experience so much that we will be calling TLC the next time we are in need of their services and recommending them to our friends. Thank you so much.
RecommendedI am very pleased with my home inspection, Nathan was very honest and candid with what he found and was helpful on what to do with the findings on the report.
RecommendedVery detailed and thorough inspection.
