Recommendedvery thorough great photos on the report
RecommendedPatrick did a thorough inspection. My client was there and Patrick took the time to answer his questions during the inspection. After the inspection Patrick showed my client the report and explained what each section meant. It was very helpful to me and my client. Patrick is very personable and great to work with. Looking forward to working with TLC again.
RecommendedGreat service. Responsive, thorough.
Recommended🧐Detail, detail, detail. Kevin is thorough. He went through every nook and cranny and in the attic and under the house and in the closets and in the electrical panels and in the plumbing (not literally). Wow, he knows a lot about houses and codes and construction. Well worth the cost.
RecommendedI would definitely use julie F again! Straight to the point, honest feedback. The reports are thorough and the pictures of the incident s or concerns are very helpful to your sellers. If you are in the hays county area, you really can’t go wrong again!

RecommendedI'm so happy that I was referred to TLC. My brand new house had many problems with it from merely cosmetic to structural issues to safety issues. My inspector was very good at explaining the defects to me and was super polite and well mannered. I will hire them again just before my 1 year home warranty expires to make sure nothing has gone wrong.
