RecommendedKevin is awesome! He was patient and thorough and went over everything with us when he was done the inspection. He was very personable and we enjoyed talking to him, as if we were friends discussing his findings. We absolutely recommend Kevin and TLC!

RecommendedGreat experience. All scheduling and inspection went as smooth as possible. Thank you
RecommendedNavigating the home buying process long distance can be very tricky. Especially as a first time home buyer. Erin was extremely helpful in scheduling my inspection according to deadlines that needed to be met and simplifying the payment process. Fabian was my home inspector. He was very upbeat while answering any questions I had and did an excellent job of communicating with me. The whole transaction was very pleasant and I would recommend TLC inspections to anyone needing a home inspection in the Burnet area.
RecommendedAlways on time and Fabian is very thorough
