RecommendedCommunication, professionalism, follow through! Everything!
RecommendedIt started with a very quick response to an email request for service. Agent and inspecter both contacted me when appointment was set up. Inspector was very thorough with his job. Gave me more info than expected. Talked with me via phone call (I was out of state) when he was finished with the inspection and explained all of his findings including possible code violations. Also said to call him if I had any questions later in our home buying process. Quick, thorough, warranty service, and very professional. Highly recommend.
RecommendedJust bought a house and got an excellent 50 page report with enough details to keep me busy for a long tine. Very helpful!
RecommendedTLC Home Inspection was quick, precise, & professional. I was not able to be there but my provider walked me through everything on the phone in a clear manner. I would definitely recommend them for all of your inspection needs!
RecommendedI have used TLC multiple times with my clients and this is the first time I have personally used them. They were thorough and fast. I highly recommend their services.
