Had my LASIK yesterday! I was terrified, but the staff there are true professionals and wonderful! Would recommend them to everyone. AMAZING vision now!!!!!!
This place is awful! They have canceled appointments multiple times due to some issue. When I actually get to come in for an appointment they have been late almost every time! 40-60 minutes late! Do not use the staff is nice but the service is terrible!

RecommendedAfter 21 years of wearing glasses and contacts I finally did it! I can not recommend Dr. Penick and his crew enough. From the free consultation to the post-op visit I was never left in the dark about what to expect. Great results in my right eye, couldn’t be happier. However went back for consultation for problems in my left eye after my optometrists referral for a touch up and was denied. Excuse was right eye will compensate for the left being not optimal and there are risks! Seemed as if she was trying to push the fear of another procedure so they wouldn’t have to do it again. I know the risks, I signed the a risks of procedure form the first time. Now I have headaches at the end of every day because my vision is so unbalanced.

RecommendedThe staff were absolutely awesome! The day of my surgery, my anxiety was extremely high! But Teresa took time to make sure that I was okay and ready. After the surgery was over, Keya got me ready to go home. She walked me to the elevator, went with me to the bottom floor and even outside to look for my designated driver.
