Experienced staff & hassle free experience. Good results
The staff is beyond amazing. I was extremely nervous and scared to have the procedure done and everyone from the receptionist to the surgeon were all patient and very understanding of where I was coming from. The day of surgery the surgeon talked me through every step of what was happening as it was happening. If you are thinking of getting lasik done I highly recommend TLC!!!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.
The staff, doctors and surgeon I worked with were so friendly and easy to work with. They were happy to answer all my questions, even some I felt they might have found silly. They made me feel so comfortable. I'm one month from when I had the surgery, and could not have been happier with my decision to get LASIK!
The staff are SO nice. I had a consult scheduled, but when I got there I wasn’t on their schedule. They quickly got me in anyway so that was wonderful to begin with. Then the day of my surgery it was so smooth and fast and the doctor talked me through EVERY step. Made me feel very comfortable. And their nice demeanor helped a lot too! DEFINITELY go to them!

My optometrist suggested I go to TLC for laser treatment. The staff is very professional and handled the Covid19 pandemic very well. I felt safe. The staff was great and walked me through every step of the way. I am very pleased with the results.
