My experience at TLC Laser Eye Center in Indy was a great one! They took their time to answer any and all questions that I had. The evening after my surgery Dr. Cacchillo called me directly to make sure I was doing okay. That was unexpected but very delighting. It's nice to know it's not just about getting you in the door and doing the LASIK procedure but making sure you are okay after. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

TLC was great from scheduling the initial free consultation through follow up the afternoon after my surgery. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in all aspects including the examinations, financial services, and surgery. They asked many times if I had questions, and they provided instructions verbally, in writing, and even with a follow up email. They were very professional, and the entire process was painless.
The staff and surgeon were professional and efficient. They answered my questions and I never felt rushed. Everything went smoothly from the consultation, the surgery and all follow-up appointments. I would recommend TLS for Lasik eye surgery.
I would absolutely recommend TLC over and over again!! I had such a great experience with the friendly staff, thorough exams, and even a personal follow up the evening after my procedure from the surgeon himself! I feel I was adequately prepared beforehand which resulted in a successful LASIK procedure. Dr. Lombardo was professional and talked me through the entire surgery.
