RecommendedThe entire staff was extremely informative and supportive from the time I walked in for my free consultation through the time I left after my LASIK procedure. They did an incredible job of explaining every step and even gave me a tour of the exam room the week before, so I knew exactly what to expect on day of the procedure. RecommendedA wonderful experience! Dr. Jaben and all of the staff at TLC helped make my experience a great and stress free one by keeping my informed. I feel that they took extra time to let me know what to expect. The "what's next" talk took all of the anxiety I was feeling about Lasik out of the situation. My husband was there the day of the surgery and he was very impressed by their method as well. He had the procedure several years back and remarked that where he had it done didn't prepare him the way I was!
RecommendedThe best experience! Everything from the consult, Pre-op, and surgery were flawless. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Heather, Tami, Dr. Reid, Dr. Rauch, and Dr. Hammonds were awesome. I was able to see immediately after the surgery with perfect vision the following day. Highly recommend lasik and wish I had done it sooner!
