RecommendedHeather was part of my highlight. she stayed in touch when I was going to go somewhere else because my insurance was cheaper by a significant amount. The way she communicated back and forth and educated me on what to look for gave me piece of mind to come back to them and pay more money. The results are amazing 20/15 vision and all the steps were painless. The procedure was quick and all the people I came in contact with were great! I mean it one of my best shopping experiences ever!
RecommendedI highly recommend TLC Laser Eye Center Charlotte they strive to help you make your vision better. All the staff Dr. Jabien, Tammy, Dr. Rowell, Heather and Greta were very personable and answered any questions we had and gave clear instructions for after care.
I had some concerns about Lasik before coming here, but the doctor put my mind at ease and answered all my questions. I am enjoying a speedy recovery and improved vision now!

I had such a great experience with TLC. The staff was very friendly, helpful & informative. From start to finish all staff members were very professional. The procedure went on without a hitch. I’m loving being able to see again without corrective lenses. Highly recommend anyone to contact TLC if interested in LASIK!
I had my eye surgery Friday April 6 2018. I absolutely love it. I’m 49 years old. Been in glasses since I was 13. I wish I had done this years ago. Everyone on the staff is great. Dr Jaben was explaining things. He made feel very comfortable.
My son had surgery today and it was hands down an awesome experience! From consult to surgery we were treated with the most excellent customer service. Thank you for answering all our questions and providing health care like everyone deserves.
Great experience all around, from coordinating with my eye doctor to making sure I get the right medication (b/c of confusing insurance situation). Easy to get a hold of via email if any questions. Easy to schedule. Efficient. And most importantly -- love waking up to 20/15 vision!
