A necessary evil... I wish toner was not so expensive. That being said, I've never had issues with brother toner and I recommend getting the high yield or super high yield toner because they yield more than double the normal toner and less than double the price. High yield is about 2.5x more yield than the normal toner and Super High Yield is about 3.75x more yield than the normal on. Don't cut corners I tried an off brand toner replacement that allegedly "fit" my printer. Couldn't fit it in the printer even. Ordered Brother replacement and it fit perfectly and is working well. I will stick with Brother toner for my Brother printer from now on. There is a lesson here for sure.
For home office use...excellent quality and life. Easy to remove the older cartridge and put in the new. This High Yield cartridge lasted over 18 months with my use. Unlike some laser cartridges, this one is not messy as long as you follow instructions.

it won't work!! I have purchased this product before, but for some reason I absolutely cannot get it to work in my printer. it was a sealed box, however I would like to exchange it for another cartridge hoping it was just an anomely. Can I get a return authorization and a new one shipped?? Thank you.
doing the job generic is cheaper, but compatibility is always a question. Brother has never been as draconian as Canon or HP about toner replacement, but it was still a concern so I paid a little more. I'm half-ish (?) thru the cartridge so I'd say longevity is about what's advertised
Brother TN-760 replacement Purchased the high yield cartridge back in September 2021. It’s now mid-January 2022 and the cartridge is still working great probably about 8,000-10,000 pages into its life span. So it works as it should. Highly recommend.
Great and Long Lasting I had used the same Brother Laser Printer in my business for almost 8 years. I just replaced it with the same updated Brother model and continued buying these cartridges. Cannot find a better printer, scanner, copier than Brother. These ink cartridges (high yield) last a really long time and the print quality is great. Easy to replace, too. The basic cartridge (like the one that came with the printer) doesn't last very long. Buy the high yield.
