5.0 out of 5 stars Great Print Quality I previously tried off brand toner in my Brother laser printer. It worked but the print quality was significantly less dark than this Brother toner. There is a big price difference but for me the Brother toner is worth it.

3.0 out of 5 stars What's the deal? This product came with a serial number not recognized by Brother. I had issues with the new cartridge working and had to call Brother support! They were able to help me once but if I have the issue again, I will be charged. Once I was able to do a " hard reset" on the cartridge it worked but I don't want to do this every time I replace the cartridge!

4.0 out of 5 stars I prefer the original toner, never had any problem over the years What I don't like is that in the past Brother included return mail sticker to return the spent cartridge and I was happy to participate in recycling. Now one has to register to be able to print oneself a sticker which I refuse to do and the unit ended in garbage. Everyone lost due to a not so clever plot to capture unwilling customers..
