5.0 out of 5 stars Stick with OEM I use this toner in a Brother 2350DL laser printer and it prints nice and sharp, trouble-free. I've used compatible cartridges in the past and it's like rolling the dice in terms of longevity and print quality so I've decided to not take a chance and just use toner made by Brother. It's more expensive (sometimes quite a bit more) but I like the peace of mind that comes with it.

But even the long-life cartridge gets only 3,000 pages, far less than what Brother used to sell as the extended life replacement printer cartridge. At least the printing quality is excellent. But paying $80 for only 3,000 pages seems excessive.

Does the thing Works well. It does what it’s supposed to do. It prints. It’s black. Yup. Lasts me a long time.
Printer toner I finally got around to installing this. The initial cartridge lasted me 2 years, which I wasn't expecting, so I'm hoping this will last me a few years. The only negative thing was it took me a second to figure out what the pictures were indicating in the instructions. I recommend adding a sentence or two to the pictures so there is no confusion when installing.
