Dash replacement program When I bought the printer for work, I signed up for the dash replacement program. It was pretty awesome. All of a sudden, I got an email from amazon this order got placed for me. Wow, they knew we were running low on ink! We'll never run out of ink from now on. That's pretty good. I'm impressed.

Not inexpensive, but we're happy with this cartridge. We bought a new printer and after fewer than 100 copies, the toner ran out. (Who knew printers are shipped with "starter" cartridges?) After frantically ordering a "real" cartridge, and not being in a good mood about this incident, we didn't know if we could be objective when the new cartridge arrived. It was easy to install and has worked perfectly so far. We've maybe printed 300 pages so far, but hopefully it lasts for thousands! Not inexpensive, but happy with our purc... read more
