Toner is probably just fine; business practices are less so Demoted two stars for (1) starter cartridge produced fewer than 400 pages, (2) cannot return old cartridge without setting up an "account" that is then used to deliver unwanted marketing. NOTE: Canon includes a shipping label for returns with every cartridge.
