Bad cartridge This item does not work. I never have trouble replacing ink and no matter what I do it says no toner. The replacement order came quickly and worked perfect. I must have gotten a bad cartridge but they quickly corrected it
Lasted 6 months Awesome, lasted 6 months. I am a sped teacher and print IEP's, emails and other school related stuff. It never gave a warning of ink running low (not that I noticed).
Great OEM product. This is my third Brother office machine ( all just one color - black). Brother has proven to be a reliable brand.
