Love this place! I've gotten several tattoos & piercings done here. It is by far one of the best tattoo shops on the island. The work they do is well worth the money. You will not be disappointed. Geoff has done an awesome job with all the piercings he's done for me. Super clean and sterile and friendly. Over all I love this place and the staff couldn't be better! I Have and will continue to tell all my friends.....
The staff is chill as hell. Patient as hell. Didn't know what I wanted but in the end instead of letting me get something I might regret they gave me a bunch of designs to choose from. Turned out getting 2 out of the 4
Ok, what most do not understand is that you walked into a tattoo shop, first come, first SERVED. It is not comparable to a restaurant, retail store, or a cars sales establishment. When an artist is working, he or she should not be disturbed. They are required to concentrate. Its paramount!! The person they are working on is the most important person. My wife and I were out one night and saw one of the most detailed calligraphy poem tattoos we had ever seen. It was on her back, but looked like it came right out of the Guttenberg Bible. She told us Doc "Dave" had inked it 3 years before and she loved his work. I was taken aback. The lines were perfect; no bleeding. Absolutely beautiful. Loved his work! He drew up exactly what I wanted. I had no problem with him or an "attitude" at all!!!! He was really nice to myself and 2 of my girlfriends who also went in for tattoos with me (he also did my husbands the night before!!). All of ours came out wonderful. I'd go back!!! Great prices to! I was eating at the dixie grill right next door and upon leaving I was like "what the hell lets go see the pricing" as I wanted to get my tongue repierced for quite sometime. I walked in a little nervous because if the price was reasonable I was going to get it done and who isnt nervous about getting a needle stabbed through a part of their body? Dropped in today shortly after Dr. Dave opened up shop to get a small tattoo of the Autism Speaks logo on my ribcage. He was super friendly, and patient while I asked him several times to resize the design so that it was exactly as I wanted it to be. I've never seen anyone so meticulous- he takes extra special care to make sure everything is sanitary, even cleaning the chair and then covering the clean chair with saran wrap! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! We didn't have an appointment, we just walked in and we were greeted right away and we told him we just wanted to check out some designs. NO PROBLEM. After sifting thru hundreds, if not thousands of choices, my daughter said she already had a photo of her design. AGAIN, NO PROBLEM. All she had to do was email it from her ipod to Erik (artist) so he could print it out to a transfer. They placed it on her, got approval, then Erik began outlining.
