First let me start off by saying im pretty covered in work already, down to my knuckles. I came in to fill a gap with a simple tattoo that should have easily been shop minimum if not barely over the minimum. They wanted 170 for something that should have been 100 maximum. I have no problem with paying for what work is worth. My normal artist, Josh Payne, charges 200 and up per hour, and I've sat for 6 plus hours at a time. Money for what is reasonable is not an issue. Go somewhere with better customer service this guy does my snake bites first for 80 bucks, ink pit charges 40 but Lisa wasn't in so decidEd to try this guy. Second he put in 1 stud that never have a diamond on top so now I have one with a diamond and one with out. Third he didn't explain any after caRe or treatment to me of even if I could eat he just wanted the money. If I could leave 0 stars I would, I came here to get my nipples pierced. I explained to the piercer that I wanted them slanted slightly instead of just straight across horizontally. FIRST OF ALL there were two little dogs running around the whole shop, which I found to be completely unsanitary. I have no problem with dogs, but I just don't think they belong in a tattoo shop. Went into TNT Tattoo for an industrial piercing. The piercer was nice/friendly but offered very little information including no after care, I signed no consent form or any other procedure paperwork. I had the piercing done, then a week later I went into to get a second piercing at another shop in Waikiki. That piercer informed me that my original piercing was done wrong and needed to be removed immediately. To the owner: Well if you'd like to get into detail..you say everyone gives me an attitude according to my reviews. I've left a total of 2 reviews on yelp, yours included. So out of the hundreds of places I've been I've come across poor customer service twice. So, you should feel bad. Your replies show just little you care about your reputation and potential customers. Jeff was nice, he's pierced my belly button & my Monroe, Doc did two of my tattoos, the first one, he was nice & did a decent job, the second he was a complete jerk the entire time, didn't give any input whatsoever! He also missed spots filling in parts. I had gone there several times in attempt to catch him, one time he wasn't even there, no note, nothing. And Jeff is pretty much there when he feels like it. Dont even waste your time here friends! We were told to come back at a specific time and when we did, the "artist" had left. No phone call, nothing. We're thinking divine intervention. This crab apple had the customer service skills of a rock and I am willing to bet his "artistic" skills matched. 8/15/11 UPDATE - 16 months later, the owner decides to post a response as if it were yesterday.
