Todd was extremely understanding, empathetic and knowledgeable. He was solution oriented. When someone didn’t have answer he would find the answer and not pawn us off on to anyone else. Todd found solutions instead of just saying he didn’t know and leaving it at that. He was always available and responsive.

Just ok. Felt we could have closed at end of May, if you had gotten everything that was needed in time. It cost me another $200 for storage cause it went pass the month of May.
