Ordered and took hour and twenty minutes to get. The lids for our soups broke and the liquid was in the bag. Our egg rolls were over cooked and hard to eat. My husbands rare steak was well done. Our sushi was a gross mush. Will not order from you again.
Went today roaches crawling around grill area
Always have gone to Bonsai, and i can tell you just gonna trust our instinct and always go there, as this was flat out dissapointing experience throughout. We sat out front with 3 other parties for almost 5 to 10 mins before the Hostess finally came to the front. We chose a table instead of Hibachi because they couldnt even estimate how long a setup would be ready at the grill. We had to move booths because it was so hot inside you couldn't even breath. New staff that don't treat their customers like employees.
The food was terrible tonight. The manager left before 9:00 pm. The server said “ Sorry my manger left”
Not typically one to complain but we just had an awful experience... For starters, we ordered an appetizer that wasn’t ready until we were basically done eating our dinner. My husband ordered the Filet Mignon dinner plate, Medium-rare and it came out medium and cold. He sent the plate back in hopes to get some hot steak but when they brought it back, the steak was the same temperature. He sucked it up and ate it but made sure to tell the waiter. First off there was a hair in my salad pretty disgusted so of course that ruined my entree then my daughter's salmon left on the grill till it was hard and dry my other daughter couldn't eat her steak and the shrimp was like rubber so overall waste of money and won't be going back
We go here often for date night and it's usually really good. Sushi is wonderful. Service is great. But today we chose to take our 2 year old whom would love the habachi grill. We we're rushed to order, I didn't get to look at the bubble tea menu before she snatched it away.
