Very pleasant and pleased to work with Tom. We did this is a third time we work with Tom for our loans because he is great to work with.
The loan officer used an unrealistic house value to quote the loan despite the value I gave him. After the appraisal came back, the only way to do the loan was to bring a substantial amount to the table which we did not plan or want to do. We felt duped. But since this was still saving us money we moved forward based on the closing number. The final closing number was 1,000 higher. The closing was delayed an hour due to a miscommunication plus the loan officer did not bother to show.
