Can't speak about all the salesman at the Denton James wood but the one named buddy is a straight up duechbag worthless and shouldn't even have a job there! I ended up going to the Decatur location and buying a New truck for myself and leasing a car my wife wanted! I go to the Denton location for my service witch is Ten star's!!!!! I never leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt it was necessary. I am an out-of-state customer who purchased a $120,000 Yukon Denali Ultimate from Tom Clark Auto Park. Given the size of the purchase, I expected a high level of professionalism, communication, and follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Don’t EVER do business with James Wood Autopark, Inc. in Denton, TX. They have a 2017 F-150 Lariat listed on their site for $10,455. Called to inquire and was told it is actually $26,455. They would not budge hardly off their price on it. Bad business practices. Looks like the old bait and switch tactics. Looks like the search continues elsewhere on a truck. Wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone.

Worst experience from a dealership I have ever had. They do not honor your deal! While I was trying to finalize my financing with James Wood they sold the truck out from under me. Good luck with the shady business ethics!!

Service department is atrocious. My truck was in for 4 trips totaling over 2 months for electrical work (which they attempted to fix the 3 prior times) and after taking it in for a leaking rear window this is what they do. Globs of silicone on a $65,000 truck. A 4 year old could do better. Zero quality control.

Quite possibly the worst service center I have ever dealt with. We brought my car to them in January to fix an issue where the car jerked into gear at high speeds, then the engine lost power. They replaced the battery cable, believing that would solve the problem, and in doing so, knocked out my dash cluster. $550. I did not get the car home before it overheated, another problem we did not have when we dropped it off. $560. They said to fix our original issue, we needed to replace the spark plugs. $170. I found a truck online at their dealership I called The up to buy the truck everything was good until I said I was from New Jersey they had a few lame excuses why they cannot sell it to me when they post it online on truecar.com around the United States what is is called false advertisement I have the money to buy the truck I am a means to transport they said I have to come in there face-to-face to buy it unfortunately I have two jobs and a family I have no time to fly out there this is totally ridiculous the salesman want... read more

we bought a vehicle from here and it's a piece of crap. Only had it for 6 weeks now and have had it repaired twice now with over $1500 first time and now needs a whole new transmission for $4800! highly recommend not going here!!
