Love this place My Sales person Jonathan Brown was great help, We did about 99% over text,calls and e-mails and all i had to do was show up to our scheduled appointment and sign the doted line and drive off. He answered my million and one questions and was great at contacting me. Also i like that he texted since i am a busy full-time college student and can't always talk on the phone. Is there a 6th star on this thing? No? darn.

Can't speak about all the salesman at the Denton James wood but the one named buddy is a straight up duechbag worthless and shouldn't even have a job there! I ended up going to the Decatur location and buying a New truck for myself and leasing a car my wife wanted! I go to the Denton location for my service witch is Ten star's!!!!! If you need service or any repairs go see Jared in the service department I highly recommend him to any and everyone!!! Thanks Jared as usual you do great work!!! I purchased this vehicle based on it being described as “very clean” and “well taken care of,” but unfortunately that was not my experience upon delivery. The vehicle arrived very dirty and clearly was not showroom detailed. There was noticeable tar buildup on two of the rims, which should have been addressed before delivery. Also there are major dents on two of the Cadillac emblems on the side quarter panels! The vehicle was also delivered with only half a tank of gas. I never leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt it was necessary. I am an out-of-state customer who purchased a $120,000 Yukon Denali Ultimate from Tom Clark Auto Park. Given the size of the purchase, I expected a high level of professionalism, communication, and follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Don’t EVER do business with James Wood Autopark, Inc. in Denton, TX. They have a 2017 F-150 Lariat listed on their site for $10,455. Called to inquire and was told it is actually $26,455. They would not budge hardly off their price on it. Bad business practices. Looks like the old bait and switch tactics. Looks like the search continues elsewhere on a truck. Wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone.

Worst experience from a dealership I have ever had. They do not honor your deal! While I was trying to finalize my financing with James Wood they sold the truck out from under me. Good luck with the shady business ethics!!

Service department is atrocious. My truck was in for 4 trips totaling over 2 months for electrical work (which they attempted to fix the 3 prior times) and after taking it in for a leaking rear window this is what they do. Globs of silicone on a $65,000 truck. A 4 year old could do better. Zero quality control.

Quite possibly the worst service center I have ever dealt with. We brought my car to them in January to fix an issue where the car jerked into gear at high speeds, then the engine lost power. They replaced the battery cable, believing that would solve the problem, and in doing so, knocked out my dash cluster. $550. I did not get the car home before it overheated, another problem we did not have when we dropped it off. $560. They said to fix our original issue, we needed to replace the spark plugs. $170.
