I found a truck online at their dealership I called The up to buy the truck everything was good until I said I was from New Jersey they had a few lame excuses why they cannot sell it to me when they post it online on truecar.com around the United States what is is called false advertisement I have the money to buy the truck I am a means to transport they said I have to come in there face-to-face to buy it unfortunately I have two jobs and a family I have no time to fly out there this is totally ridiculous the salesman want... read more

we bought a vehicle from here and it's a piece of crap. Only had it for 6 weeks now and have had it repaired twice now with over $1500 first time and now needs a whole new transmission for $4800! highly recommend not going here!!

Wow. First they forget to do the make ready, did not do the state inspection (an extra trip), screwed up the replacement of a tire pressure sensor that was not reading (there was a small wood screw in one of the blocks of the tire tread) (another trip), and now we drop vehicle off for 7am appointment for what sounds like a dry wheel bearing only to be told that at nearly five PM they have not touched the car. We made an appointment to drop off our truck on Tuesday for service. We dropped off the truck Monday evening so the service center would have all day Tuesday to look at the truck. I know service centers can be rough so I asked when we handed over the keys if the truck would really get looked at on Tuesday. The guy was honest with me and said they are two recalls that everyone is coming in to get fixed and it probably won’t get looked at until Wednesday. Made an appointment for a recall to drop off for next day service. I asked for a shuttle ride home and was told it would be a few minutes. I waited nearly an hour (with a shuttle vehicle parked right in front) I finally called my wife to pick me up. She drove up just as one of your people came out and asked if I was ready to go....very poor customer service and or lack of communication

Don’t bother wasting your time with Rudy! I have never felt so uncomfortable, or disrespected. Puts the keys on his messy desk and just sits there on his phone. The only thing he asked me was my first name and what car. I didn’t know the keys were the car I was gonna test drive. I didn’t know I had to drive the car by myself. That’s a first. Didn’t even put a temp tag on the car. I come back after my test drive with a million questions. He is no where to be found. I even asked the receptionist if I was being punk’d. My first experience was just a plane ol oil change. There was some issues and I brought it to their attention and they offered a free oil change. That visit went okay. So I had my oil changed there again. This time they changed the oil and rotated the tires but they didn’t bother to check the air pressure or service them. So if you want a non consistent service experience then go there. I only speak of service department. I have not bought a vehicle there and not sure if I would.

Incompetent service department. Set up an appointment for my truck 2 weeks in advance for a 15 minute recall and an oil change. I did this because it is a 50 mile drive one way and wanted to get it done all at once so I only had to take a half a day off work. They promised the truck would be ready by 5. They had the truck for 5 hours and did not touch it. I do not understand their thinking. They offered the rental for another day but serouusly. Avoid at all costs. Very bad about " bait and switch" low price truck on website. Call or go in. " we just sold it. But i do have a..... " Very bad business practice.
