RecommendedI have only driven a little over 9,000. Miles since purchasing my CTS in October of 2015, & I love everything about the car; however, the CUE System became inoperable. Cadillac Service Advisors quickly determined that my unit was faulty, and ordered a new CUE unit. I was told to expect possibly 2 weeks or more for the new unit to arrive, but in just 2 days they called with the new unit in, and scheduled me for the next day in service.
