They tried low balling me on my Cadillac trade by $5k- went to Sewell and got what I wanted. This dealership is DESPICABLE! I will NEVER use them for any service....EVER!
I'm a big believer in shopping local, but NOT when it includes "Bate N Switch" tactics! Went to purchase my mother in law a new car, and picked out two at her price point. Took them to her, she picked and I returned to negotiate a deal for her. On the sticker-big, bold numbers $34,950. Salesperson said they made an error and car was really $43,977. That's not a transposition- it's a different number. They offered to come down $1500 to $41,477. BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 41,477 and $34,950 !!!! I didn't want anyone to lo... read more
