It started with a call after 5:30 pm and getting a live person. The next day he was providing numbers then we locked a rate with a few days that beat another lender by almost 1.8%. They were very timely on letting us know what we needed to provide so we could keep the process going. This is was our 5th closing and by far one of the easiest.
