The process was accomplished in a very short amount of time. Not a single issue arose. The appropriate amount of emails were during the process to keep me informed of the progress. The last place I refinanced with was with a large company where I had a personal contact but I was basically put through their system like a number, any question was answered with a pre-determined answer, not specific to my situation, and their process took close to 3 months to complete.
