Tom kept me up to date throughout the entire process and responded right away whenever I had a question. He presented me with all of my options and was willing to explain everything in as much or as little detail as I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and it was obvious he had been in the field for quite awhile. Everyone in his office was extremely detail-oriented and on top of things, which took a lot of stress/worry off of my shoulders. Highly recommend!
