Even though Tom Parke got us good rates and was creative in splitting up our loans to qualify us for our new home purchase, the communication overall was terrible. Customer service was lacking and his team operated under the assumption that we are mortgage/lender experts. They send us forms to sign without any explanation and expect us to complete ASAP, but when we need something from the team, we would have to chase the down.

The overall transaction and process could have been made easier on my wife and I with a few items. - kickoff / overview discussion, total items required and event timeline. We had provided all details requested in initial email only to find out there was more info that we were pressured to produce asap. During our normal busy working schedules this added unneeded stress and confusion.
