Overall process was great! This was our first refinance since purchasing our home. We did not expect the process to be this easy. Tom and his team provided several options and provided up to date information as we progressed all the way to closing. My wife and I have tough schedules with work along with our kids after school activites and Tom and his team spent the time to speak and communicate after hours (after 8pm) and on weekends (mostly sundays) to ensure our refinance needs were met.

Excellent communication between us and Tom, David, and the rest of their team. We placed a low down payment because we were worried that the appraisal won't be in our favor and Tom and his team were very flexible and accommodating while other lenders would flat out state that we need to increase our downpayment before they can help us.
