Parts department is horrible. Ordered wrong parts for me and other people i ride with. Will never shop there again. Will recommend riders not to go there. Such a disappointing factory dealer parts department that don't know there products or how to order them when you tell them exactly what you want.

Sorry about your experience Wes. Some things to clarify...1) you had someone else order your part, and the requirement for OEM was NOT stated. Otherwise, we would have ordered OEM. 2) most customers prefer a less expensive after-market equivalent, especially if it is just as good, if not better. In this case, after-market fork seals for your bike is common. 3) we offered to order the OEM for you, but you declined.
