Don’t purchase a dirtbike without checking to see if the tuner module was put on! They screwed us out of not just one, but two! They were suppose to be on before purchasing and weren’t. They offered to sell us one at cost for $600+ bc they were under the impression they were put on! Terrible management!

The customer service here is awesome; both Chris in the service department and Jeremy at the front desk are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. If they don't have what I need they go out of their way to get it, but are not pushy or impatient with sales. I recently had a mechanical issue the day before a planned trip; Chris got my bike right in and ready to go so I didn't have to cancel. I highly recommend this store for Honda sales, service and supplies.

They were very nice and very helpful people over there at Tom Wood Powersports they went over and beyond to make sure I got my tire before I had to ride back to Florida and one of the guys up there lent me there personal rear stand so I could take the tire off my self and bring it in to them. I was in and out in about one hour they didnt lollygag around got my tire done and called me right up.
