Business response:
A 1-star rating from our former Yamaha Regional Sales Manager...man, that's harsh! Especially since our customer experience scores average 98 vs. national average of 93. We wouldn't even give our local competitors that kind of rating! Honestly, we wish you at Platinum the best success. Running a small business is tough enough these days. :-)
