Bought a used dirt bike. Went to look at it negotiated a deal had to run to get a trailer was gone an hour and a half but they had there mechanic pull it in when we got back, instead of while we were gone. Mechanic fouled the spark plug took them 2 hours to find one while we set there and waited. Instead of making it right with us while they wasted our time they didn’t they rushed the bike out to us because they were closed at this point. Will never do business with this one again, I recommend Anderson store.

I recently went through the Indianapolis Airport and saw a Tom Woods Powersport drawing contest for a golf cart. I have bought things from them in the past and normally don't enter drawings as they can sell your phone number. I never thought a company like this would do something like that but with in a week or two my phone was getting spam calls from 7-15 times a day. I couldn't figure out what happened till I actually talked to one of the spammers who were offering to pay me to check out their Vacation homes in Indianapoli... read more

Why I would not recommend Tom Wood, and more specifically, Chris Adkins, from working on my golf cart. Our brand-new Club Car Onward Gas-powered golf cart had an intermittent problem from the day we bought it in November of 2020. We bought it from another dealer, and after using their tech and not being able to find the cause of the problem, and their being swamped and could not get back out to look at our cart in a timely manner, we called Tom Wood Powersports. This "dealership" displayed nothing but thoroughly apathetic and/or incompetent customer service. I made appt for August 17th for 3 things for my 2013 BMW K1300S. A recall, an engine miss, and 30K maintenance, all of which was to take 1 or 2 days to complete. It took FOUR WEEKS! The bike was FINALLY done September 14th. The ONLY time ANYONE (the service mgr.) from the store contacted me was in response to MY inquiries, and with calls to management and the attempt to contact them on line being ignored.
