I am happy with the result. I appreciate the effort put into making by motorcycle run it's best. I feel that the service team was sincere in their intentions to do a good job. It just took a long time. I understand there were circumstances beyond control, but four months was almost the entire summer. I am happy to have it back and firing like a champ. I just felt a little back-burner and that communication about progress was driven by my inquiries. The score is weighted by the duration it took.

I urgently needed a rear tire replaced on my F800 GT. Christopher quickly walked a new Road 6 tire over to Service and Todd’s team quickly fit me in, allowing me to continue my ride. Thanks men, I’ll be back!

TWPS Service department did a great job installing new tires on my motorcycle. They had completed the work in a timely manner ,and went the extra step of cleaning up my motorcycle while they had it in the shop . A highly professional sales and service team !
