Staff is the key! All of the people (Christopher, Todd, and others) go out of their way to make sure that I’m taken care of and that my experience there is a good one. I certainly enjoy coming there and will continue to do so.

For routine maintenance such as I had , 3.25 hours for a 24K service , it used to be for me in my experience that when service is scheduled it's completed the day it's scheduled rather than leaving the bike on the day scheduled for the work but it being a week in the shop before the work was completed Todd and I did discuss this and I appreciate his willingness to listen to my questions and comments I really do appreciate having a local shop and I do purchase gear and accessories here Chris has been great to work with as... read more
